Audit-Tel was founded by Robert W. Snouffer, Sr. (Vice President and Corporate Communications Director of Federated Department Stores) and later joined by his three sons as demand for Telemanagement Services grew. The firm has steadily expanded in additional staff, professional capabilities and support services since its inception.
